Terms and conditions
Any rental that encompasses the use of either a single car for more than one day, or different cars on the same or consecutive days in the same location shall be counted as a single rental, even if the member checks the car in and back out during the same period. Advance reservations must be made and the car must be rented in member's name to earn mileage. Only one AAdvantage® member per car rental will be credited with AAdvantage® miles. The savings of up to 35% for Avis rentals and up to 30% for Budget rentals applies to the time and mileage charges only. All taxes, fees (including but not limited Air Conditioning Excise Recovery Fee, Concession Recovery Fee, Vehicle License Recovery Fee, Energy Recovery Fee, Tire Management Fee, and Frequent Traveler Fee) and surcharges (including but not limited to Customer Facility Charge and Environmental Fee Recovery Charge) are extra. Offer is subject to vehicle availability at the time of rental and may not be available on some rates at some times, including some online rates at Avis.com. Car rental return restrictions may apply. A Frequent Traveler Program Surcharge or Excise Tax may be applied and will be assessed in connection with miles earned pursuant to a reservation. For rentals in the United States, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, St. Croix and Canada, when the renter chooses to receive frequent flyer miles, Avis will assess a frequent flyer surcharge equivalent to USD $1.00 per day. The amount assessed is collected by Avis to offset a portion of Avis annual cost of participation in frequent flyer programs. Renter must meet Avis age, driver and credit requirements. Minimum rental age may vary by location. An additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years old. AAdvantage® miles may only be earned at participating Avis and Budget airport locations in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Mexico, Latin America, and Caribbean.

Taxes, tax reimbursement, age differential charges, fees, surcharges and optional service charges, such as refueling, are not included.
